MINOR ATOM CHIEFS DEFEAT WATERLOO WOLVES IN THE PAVILION FINALS TO TAKE CHAMPIONSHIP.
CENTRAL ONTARIO WOLVES CUP CLASSIC 2010 CHAMPS

The Minor Atom Chiefs defeated the London Jr Knights Gold 3 - 0 in the semi-finals and defeated North Bay Blades 4 - 3 in overtime to to win their third tournament of the year.

Nutritional Training for Parents and Players

After our final game on January 31 we have arranged to have Mark Regan talk to the team on Sports Nutrition.
He will be having a brief discussion with the players; followed by a 1 hr session with the parents.
We will be meeting in the Boardroom at the Gemini Center for these meetings.
Hopefully at least one parent will be able to attend as nutrition and hydration are keys to success.
