The BC Lightning Spring Hockey program is committed to developing elite hockey players in a highly competitive, structured and FUN environment. Player development is our primary objective. We select our teams based on the following player criteria; "coachability", character, commitment, work ethic and skill.
Our goal is to develop the players’ individual skills, increase their confidence and understanding of the game, and to teach them core values that will contribute to their success as a team. Equally important is the development of the players' life skills such as, work ethic, dedication, perseverance, leadership and teamwork.
We are looking forward to a competitive and fun year for our players and their families!
