Bad Medicine

Gang,

the first, and last, season of bad medicine has come to a close. I picked a fine time to find my scoring touch - with two assists to match Josh's highlight reel goals. It has been a blast and a pleasure. I hope to see you guys around the rink prior to the start of the next season. If not, see you then!

We have a chance for Revenge against the Rotties - consolation game on Saturday night at 7:45 pm, rink 2. You should be getting an email notice (if you get them). It will be nice to squeeze out one more game from the season. I hope to see you all there...

Gang,

As the seasons change, so all good things must come to an end. With the loss to the Roddies last night, it is mostly over - there is a still an outside chance of another game next saturday. I will post the results of last nights game.

Gang,

Playoffs begin tomorrow night 10pm. Us and the Roddies, whom we have dominated since Drati left after the first game. On Saturday night, we need to keep doing what we have done all along: make good passes, cover the points and clear out in front of the net. They are likely to play physical (nice tip-in, vince!) so we need to be ready for that, which means keeping your head up and making sure all of your pads are on and in place correctly - including your cup! Steve-O should be back in our nets to give us consistency on the back end and Craig returns to the most dominating line in the league.

As long as we keep the good stuff going, we should get past the Roddies. Then a short turn-around to Sunday at 7 for the Cross-overs, who are within our grasp.

Gang,

It was another close one, even short handed but the flyers pulled another one out. Time to get ready for the Saturday night Play in game against the Roddies (who had Rich in goal on Sunday - stay tuned). If we can pull that off, we get the Cross-Overs on Sunday at 7 pm. Get good rest and I will see you then.

By the way, I fwd'ed an email from Carl regarding money. if you have any questions about the methodology, ask me - Julia has been kind enough to handle the actual transactions. (THANK YOU JULIA)
