Saskatoon Tournament

Just a reminder for EVERYONE to keep the weekend of Feb. 4-6 open as we are entered in the Toontown Showdown at the Jemini Ice Complex in Saskatoon. We are making a block reservation in a hotel for the weekend for those that wish to stay at a hotel. More info regarding the hotel reservations will follow.

The Midget Cobras welcomed back last years graduates with the Provincial Banner Raising and opened the season with a 3-0 win over the Melville Chiefs.

Canora Midgets defeated the Estevan Bruins to become the 2009-2010 Midget A Provincial Champions.

Midgets Advance to Provincial Semifinals

With a convincing win the Midget Cobras won games 1 and 2 of the Midget Provincial A Playoffs with a score of 8 -3 over the Yorkton Mano's Terriers. They win the two game total point series 16-6 and advance on the play the Battleford Barons in the provincial semifinals.
Midget Cobras win Round One of Provincials in Double Overtime

In a very tense game the Canora Cobras beat the Rosthern Wheatkings 13 - 12 in the two game total point series. It took the 11:16 mark of double overtime to end the game at a 7 7 tie and making the cobras the first round champions after winning the first game 6 to 5.
