As a helpful hint, you can go to the website at anytime to view the status of the roster and change your availability. Here's how:
1. Navigate to the ESP website. http://www.hockeyclubhouse.com/esp/. I found this feature in Internet Explorer (and most other web browsers) call Favorites. You can save website address there so you don't have to type it out each time. With a couple mouse clicks, you can easily navigate to the site. Wow. Gotta love technology. Check it out and try it!
2. Make sure you are logged into the website. This is very important. If you don't do this, the remaining steps are useless.
A. But Dean, how do I tell if I am logged in? Great question. If you look at the top right of the screen, it will say "Logged in: firstname lastname". You may have set up your computer to either cache your password or enable a cookie to keep you logged in. That's ok. I can confirm that there aren't little gremlins behind your monitor that look to see who is sitting in the chair and automatically logging you into the site.
B. Dean, I am not logged in and forgot my password (and chances are, soiled myself). What do I do? If you leave the username and password blank and hit signon, guess what? It won't work! However, it will take you to another screen where there is an option to reset your password. Follow the steps.
C. If you are still having problems or don't understand, please let me know. I will be more than happy to come over and take my hockey stick to your computer. You don't deserve one.
3. Now that you are logged in (remember this is important), on the right side of the screen there will be a section for the upcoming events. Once an e-mail goes out for a specific game (and only when the e-mail goes out), a symbol will show up next to the date. Click on this symbols and it will take you to the confirmation screen where you can view the attendees and/or change your status.
4. The cutoff is still game day at 6:00 PM to state your attendance intention without penalty.

DETROIT (Reuters) -- With the Red Wings struggling early in the season, they have gone the unconventional route to help solve their problems by turning to an internet stalker to help them out in net.
"This guy has been e-mailing us for years hoping for a break" said Detroit GM Ken Holland. "This idea didn't really hit us until he dressed up in his full gear and sent a picture of himself. That when the ball started rolling."
That picture Holland is referring to is a hillbilly from the rural municipality of Springfield in Manitoba, Canada that has been identified as Arnie 'Gumper' Fedorchuk.
"After taking one look at that face, we are convinced that the opposition will intentionally shoot at him with the puck foregoing a chance to score. Like really, look at him." Holland theorized. "Everytime I pull the picture up on my computer screen, I instinctively spit at it. I have 3/4" of dried spit on my monitor."
Holland also shared that he has not seen equipment like this since his days of the growing up on the farm. The family raised cows and when one became too ill to carry on, they would slaugther it and use the hide to make goalie equipment.
