The coaching staff will be having a parent meeting following the conclusion of practice tonight. Please be in attendance.

The team schedule has been updated till Sunday October 25th, 2009. The two times and days will be the teams regular practice times for the season. There is also a plan for a mini exhibition tournament in The Pas on the 25th against the Huskies and the Swan River Stampeders.

Just a reminder to all parents and players for the 09 - 10 Pee Wee AA Bombers of the Parent/Coaches Meeting and Dry Land Training, Thursday, 7:00 at the Whitney Forum.

After the team was named last week, and the team having their first practice as a full club, the Bombers look forward to the rest of the month. "We are looking into having a home and home exhibition series against The Pas Huskies soon." said Coach Travis Rideout. The team will also have a dryland training session this Thursday 7:00 at the Whitney Forum along with the team's first Parent/Coaches Meeting. The tournament schedule for the season has also been updated with all tournaments the team will enter this season.

The Flin Flon Pee Wee AA Bombers made their final cuts last night as the team prepares for their quest for gold in the 2009 - 10 season. "We had to make some tough desicions last night," said coach Ryan Bortis, "some players played their way onto the team and made it hard on us to cut some others." In the final of the two Maroon vs. White games last night, the team trimmed down their roster, releasing two goalies, six forwards and two defencemen. The team, for the first time with this coaching staff, as elected to keep six d-men for the season, lead by the returning Riley Nowlin and Jody Tait. "It's a young d line but a big and strong unit." said Bortis. In all the team has 10 first year players, one goalie, six forwards and three defencemen. Upfront returning forwards Micheal DuRussel and Evan Linnick and second year Pee Wee Willy Eikel will be looked upon to lead in offence who also has returning Jessica Campbell in net. "We're young, and smaller then last year, but we're faster. Things look good." added Bortis. The team will have their first practice this Saturday, 4:45 at the Whitney Forum.
