New Season starts tomorrow!!

The new summer season starts May 5th at 10pm for the ladies. Starting May 9th the inaugural Fury coed team will start playing in Division E of the NCHL as well. This is an exciting opportunity for all of the Fury girls to improve their game because the speed will be similar to that of most of our best games during the winter. These games will promise to be fast and fun!
There are a few girls splitting spots on the coed team as well - lucky for them the NCHL has changed the playoff eligibility rule this summer. You have to play 1/3rd of all games (5 in total) to be eligible for playoffs. There are unfortunately no exceptions. If however I don't play 5 games and I'm actually here for playoffs, I'll be filing a human rights complaint for discrimination against pregnant women - any lawyers out there that can help me with this?
I will bring waivers to all the games for everyone to sign BEFORE you step on the ice. Therefore - try not to be late for the game (except Liz who has to wait for Scott to get home).

So the first game was a big success despite being shorthanded!
Way to go ladies! One more practice and then we'll be full on winter league! Wahoo!
VEGAS SEND OFF PARTY

The ladies of Fury Hockey are having one last send-off before travelling to Las Vegas for the tournament.
We'll be hosting a party Friday March 28th at Tantra Nightclub. Tickets are $5 and include no-line, no-cover and 1 drink before 10pm.
