Jersey Return

I will be collecting the jerseys at the year end party. Nepean Minor Hockey Association has very specific instructions on how jerseys are to be returned in order for us to get back our full $1000 deposit. Please adhere to the following instructions as set out by NMHA with regards to jersey returns:
1.Please remove ALL name and sponsor tags. Name tags are yours to keep for next year but the Go 4 Greek sponsorship bars must be returned with your jerseys. The team refund will be held until all sweaters and tags have been returned. Replacement cost for missing sponsor tags is $10 each.
2.Ensure sweaters are clean. If there are any significant stains, goo-gone can be used. Also, in the wash, a cup of Oxyclean and a sprinkling of baking soda can be used. Sweaters will not be accepted if not washed, remember these sweaters are used for the next year's team and they will be kept in the bag all summer. Please ensure the sweaters are DRY before placing in the bag.
3.Please return all sweaters on wire hangers, one hanger for each sweater. If you no longer have the wire hanger your jersey came on, ask a dry cleaner for some.
4.This will serve as a reminder that any missing and/or wilfully damaged sweaters will be charged to the team at a replacement cost of $250 (Competitive) or $150 (House League) per set. This amount will be deducted from our $1,000 deposit.
Year End Party

The Go 4 Greek Oilers Year End Party has been booked at Merivale Bowling Centre on Sunday April 22 at noon - 2pm.
We have booked the Sports Package which includes reserved lanes and 1 hour of bowling and shoes for the kids and party room access after with pizza and drinks at a cost of $17/person.
The team will cover the cost for players. Siblings, etc. who would like to participate are welcome. Costs (same as players $17/person for the sports package) can be paid directly to Merivale Bowling at the party.
Please email Monica before Sunday April 15 and let me know the following info:
1) Whether or not your player will be attending
2) The number of other people in your family who would like to participate so we can reserve the appropriate number of lanes for our team. Please let me know if any of the younger siblings would like bumpers on the lanes and if we have enough interest, we'll bumper up a lane or two.

Hockey office now open on Tuesday and Thursday from 5-7pm and Saturday 9-noon
Office closes for the season May 5.
