Parents & Players,
We have scheduled 5 team events over the 10 days of break in hopes of assuring we are as prepared for the playoffs as possible.
We do understand that many players and their families have many obligations throughout the March Break It’s a time to relax and enjoy your week, however, we do ask that if at all possible that the players please do their best to attend as many practices as possible. As it is only 2 hours at a time., we hope that all find it to be reasonable.
We have done our best to assure that we follow a fair play policy throughout the season to the best of our abilities as well as the players as well as team successes and growth. With a number of unexplained absenteeism over the last few weeks we may have to look to limit playing time should this become an ongoing issue.
Many players have been questioning where other teammates are and why they are not at team events. We hope to present a united front when entering playoffs and solve this issue before its too late.
We have had a great year, with lots of positives and hope to not end it with any resentments of negativity from our players or their families.
We ask that if you are going to miss any other events, please text/email the coaching staff and provide a better reasoning than “I don’t want to”.
Thank you for all of your support this season. We hope the best is yet to come.
