SOUTH FRASER TAKES VALLEY CUP AFTER NAIL-BITING OVERTIME WIN!!

It was a close and hard-fought game. The Kodiaks tied it up late in the 3rd period. South Fraser earned a powerplay at the 2 minute mark of the first overtime which lead to the winning goal.
A great effort by all the players. A heartfelt thank you to all parents, grandparents, friends and fans for supporting our team throughout the season. Thank you to our coaching staff and our trainers for their dedication and hard work.

After falling behind three to nothing the 2001 South Fraser Thunder fought back to win the Steveston Meltdown by a score of four to three.
